Learn to Knit Socks : 2 hour Private Session

For the slightly more experienced knitter with cold feet ;-)  ...choose from some wonderful sock yarns and learn to make your own hand knitted socks with our very own fabulous teacher Clare Davies, author of "Learn to Knit" in this 2 hour private session. You won't get the socks completed in this time, but you will gain a general understanding and can ask questions one on one to suit your needs. You may want to start a project at home and bring it in for the 2 hour session for turning the heel etc. OR You may prefer to book a 4 hours session instead if you want to progress more.

Where are your Private Knitting Tuition Sessions Held?

Private Knitting workshops are held 'in person' in our studio next to our shop at The Gilliangladrag Fluff-a-torium in Betchworth, Surrey UK. (There's a map at the foot of our home page!)

How much does it cost?

A 2 hour private knitting session costs £80 and 4 hours is £160 and so on. This is inclusive of VAT

What if there's more than 2 of us that would like to learn together. How much is that?

We would charge £50 per extra person for the 2 hours. (Maximum 5 students with 1 teacher = 6!) You can still book this session and then we can invoice you for the rest.

What's included?

The session includes tuition with Clare, - but you would need to purchase your own needles and yarn or bring it with you. There are obviously lots of options in the shop and you'll receive a 10% discount for the day of your booking. (There will be tape measures and scissors for you to use in the studio whilst you're there.)

We will also supply you with drinks & biscuits etc. PLUS you would also then be entitled to 10% discount in our shop "The Fluff-a-torium" on the day of your private knitting session! Wooohoooo :-)
