Course T's & C's

  1. All courses include all materials unless otherwise stated. One day courses include tea, coffee & biscuits, afternoon tea & cake as well.
  2. The full amount of the course fee is payable in advance to secure a place on a course.
  3. Booking a place on one of our courses is similar to booking a seat at the theatre. It is not possible to swap and cancel and the "the show must go on". Therefore should you need to cancel your place on a course for any reason, the cancellation charges are as follows: Cancellation within 28+ days of course date = 50% of course fee payable unless place is re-filled. Cancellation within 0-27 days of course date = 100% of course fee payable unless place is re-filled. Sometimes courses are over subscribed so we hold a waiting list and MAY be able to re-fill a place, but if you are unable to attend you are welcome to send someone in your place. Please let us know your replacement's name, phone number and email address as soon as possible before the course date.
  4. Please note that if a course date is booked and it has to be changed to another date more than once - then an administration fee of £5 is payable.
  5. In the very very unlikely event that WE have to cancel a course, then a replacement course will be offered. We will attempt to give as much notice as possible. Please note however that we cannot accept responsibility for wasted travel or other 3rd party costs.
